I built an AI that onboards new clients while you sleep.
A new client's first week decides whether they made the right choice, and whether they stay long enough to renew. The Onboarding Agent notices every new client, drafts a warm welcome with one clear first step, and puts it in front of you in Telegram. You tap Approve. Prefer it done for you? We build and run it in your business.

How the Onboarding Agent works
The client list
One record per client: name, program, start date and the result they want. Kit buyers are added automatically from the sale email; coaching clients the day they sign.
The draft
Every morning Make.com pulls each new client's record and Claude writes a welcome email with one clear first step.
Your approval
The draft lands in Telegram with Approve, Edit and Skip. Nothing reaches a client without your tap.
The follow-up
If the onboarding call isn't booked, it drafts a nudge asking the client to reply with two times. No made-up links.
Cost to run: about 6 Make credits per draft, less than a cent. Built with Claude (the thinking) and Make.com (the plumbing).

0:00A new client signs at 11 at night. By the time they wake up, they have a welcome email. And today, I'll show you exactly how that onboarding assistant works, step by step.
0:14Here's where onboarding usually breaks. Someone pays you late at night. You see it the next morning, and you mean to send a proper welcome. Then a call runs long, and suddenly it's day three, and your new client is still waiting. That first week is when they decide if they made the right choice.
0:32So the onboarding agent has three jobs. One, notice every new client. Two, write a warm welcome email with one clear first step. Three, put it in front of you on Telegram, so sending it takes one tap.
0:46Step one is the client list. Every client is one record: their name, the program, the start date, and the result they want. When someone buys the kit, the agent adds them on its own from the sale email. A coaching client, you add the day they sign. Every morning, the agent checks the list for anyone new.
1:05Step two is the draft. Make.com pulls the client's record and Claude writes the email: their name, their program, the goal they told you, and one first step. Here's a real one, written for a practice client who bought the kit: thanks for getting it, start with the health guide, then use the onboarding call script with your next new client.
1:24Step three. The draft lands in Telegram with three buttons. Approve sends it from your business email, with your signature. Edit lets you change a line first. Skip drops it. Nothing reaches the client without your tap.
1:39And if the onboarding call still isn't booked, it drafts a nudge. No made-up links. It simply asks the client to reply with two times that suit them. Same three buttons.
1:48Each draft costs about six Make credits, which is less than a cent. And every client you saw today is a practice client I made up, so I can test it properly before it ever touches a real one.
1:59That's onboarding handled. Next week: check-ins. Want this built for your business instead? Book a call at getaiopsstudio.com, and I'll see you next week.
Every client shown is a fictional practice client. Parts of the narration use an AI version of Daniel's voice.
