Refund Policy

Short version: digital downloads are final, but we always fix a genuine problem. Monthly plans can be cancelled after the first two months with 30 days' notice. Email hello@getaiopsstudio.com and we reply within 2 business days.

Digital products (Quick-Start Kit, Client Success OS)

Digital products are delivered instantly and can't be returned, so all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. At checkout you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once the download begins.

We will always fix a genuine problem. Email us within 14 days of purchase if:

your download link doesn't work,
the file is damaged or incomplete, or
you were charged twice for the same product.

We will send a working copy or refund the duplicate charge. Refunds are not given for change of mind, for not using the product, or after the file has been downloaded.

Cancelling a monthly plan

After your first two months, you can cancel any time by email with 30 days' notice, and keep your service until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments for periods already started are not refunded.

Monthly plans

Your first two months are paid upfront and are not refundable once your build has started. If your assistant is not live within 14 days of you connecting your accounts, for reasons on our side, your next month is free. After the first two months, you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice; a month already started is not refunded.

Before a chargeback

Please contact us first. Most issues are solved the same day, and a chargeback slows things down for both of us.
