AI Ops Studio is a trading name of Daniel King Ltd ("AI Ops Studio", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@getaiopsstudio.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, who helps us process it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your data.
What we collect

The churn calculator on this site runs in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent to us or stored.
Who helps us process data
- MailerLite: our email list and newsletters.
- Calendly: call booking.
- Selar: checkout and product delivery. Card payments are handled by Selar and its payment partners; we never see or store your card details.
- Flutterwave: card payments for monthly plans. Flutterwave stores your card securely so monthly payments can be taken; we never see or store your full card details.
- Netlify: hosts this website.
- Google Fonts: loads the fonts on this site, which shares your IP address with Google.
- YouTube: plays embedded videos. Videos load only when you press play, in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.
- For setup clients: the automation, AI and messaging services named in your proposal (for example Make.com, an AI model provider, Telegram and your own email account).
Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy terms. Some are based outside your country, including in the United States.
Cookies
We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site. The services above may set the cookies they need to work (for example, when you play a video or book a call).
How long we keep data
- Email list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Orders and invoices: as long as tax and accounting rules require.
- Client data: for the length of your plan. When you leave, we export it to you within 48 hours and delete it within 30 days.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from any email with one click.
- Ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Object to how we use your data, or ask us to limit it.
Email hello@getaiopsstudio.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Security
We use reputable providers, keep access to client data limited to what a job needs, and run each client assistant separately. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.
Children
Our products are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
