Terms of Service
Last updated October 2026. These terms apply to purchases from AI Ops Studio, operated by Daniel King, Nigeria.
Digital products
Digital products are licensed for use within your own business. You may not resell, redistribute or publish them. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record.
Memberships
Monthly memberships are billed at checkout and renew each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account or receipt email; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Setup services
AI Ops setups are agreed in a written proposal that sets out scope, timeline, fees and data handling before work begins.
Liability
Our products and services are provided to support your client operations. You remain responsible for the communications you approve and send to your own clients.
Refund Policy
If the Quick-Start Kit isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Membership payments can be refunded within 7 days of a charge. Setup service refunds follow the terms in your written proposal.
Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to deliver your purchase and communicate with you: your name, email address and order details. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy; we never see or store your card details. Emails are sent through MailerLite, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your data. To request a copy or deletion of your data, email us.
